How to Close My Vodafone Idea - Smart Agri Account

If you wish to delete your Vodafone Idea – Smart Agri account (created within the Vodafone Idea – Smart Agri apps ecosystem), you can do so directly through the account settings in our web or mobile applications. Follow the steps below to complete the process safely.

Steps to Close Your Account

1. Open the Vodafone Idea – Smart Agri Web App or Mobile App.
2. Navigate to:
   User Profile → Account Settings → Close Account
3. A verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
4. Enter the code in the app to confirm the request.
5. Proceed with the deletion steps shown on screen.

What Happens After Deletion?

• Once confirmed, your account, including all personal data and settings, will be permanently deleted within 24 hours from all Pessl Instruments services.
• After deletion, access to all associated apps and services will be removed.
